Become an Exchange Student at Fo Guang University: Application Process

At FGU, we value cultural exchange and strive to provide a supportive and enriching experience for all incoming students. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to apply:

Step 1: Nomination List To initiate the application process, please have your home institution's office coordinator fill in the nomination list and email it to oica@gm.fgu.edu.tw. The list should include the names of the nominated students interested in participating in the exchange program at FGU.

Step 2: Fill the Google Online Application Form Next, nominated students must complete the Google online application form to proceed with the application process. The form can be accessed through the following link: https://t.ly/pAeam. Along with the form, applicants are required to upload the following documents in JPG or PDF format:

• Profile photo
• Certificate of Enrollment in English
• Transcript of the last semester in English
• A copy of Medical and Accident Insurance
• Copy of Passport
• Medical Examination Requirements for short-term Students (Form C) download here.

Step 3: Sending Acceptance Letter Upon receiving and reviewing the completed application, FGU will send the acceptance letter to the office coordinator at the applicant's home institution. The acceptance letter is an essential document for visa application purposes.
