※录取资讯: 一、2026年秋季班本校定于2026年9月开学,依据行事历,我们预计您可以在开学日前的周末之前入境来台办理注册及就学事宜。 二、新生不得以工作或慢性病为由申请保留入学资格;因重病或其他特殊事故,未能依规定注册入学者,应检具相关证明文件,于注册前,书面向教务处申请保留入学资格。 三、录取之新生应于注册时缴验下列文件,否则取消其录取资格,不准注册入学。 (一)毕业证书或同等学力证明正本。 (二)外国学生来台居留签证。 四、有关注册、报到事宜,预定于7月下旬另行通知。 五、于驻地国办理签证时,请检具麻疹及德国麻疹抗体阳性报告或预防接种证明,以利办理来台居留签证。 ※Admission Information:
I. The Fall Semester of 2026 at our university is scheduled to begin in September 2026. According to the academic calendar, we expect you to arrive in Taiwan before the weekend prior to the start of the semester in order to complete registration and enrollment procedures. II. Newly admitted students are not allowed to defer admission on the grounds of employment or chronic illness. If a student is unable to register and enroll as scheduled due to a serious illness or other special circumstances, they must submit relevant supporting documents and formally apply in writing to the Office of Academic Affairs for a deferral prior to the registration deadline. III. Newly admitted students must present the following documents at the time of registration. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of admission and disqualification from enrollment: (1) Original graduation certificate or an equivalent proof of academic qualification. (2) Resident visa for foreign students coming to Taiwan. IV. Detailed information regarding registration and reporting procedures will be provided in a separate notification in late July. V. When applying for a visa in your home country, please present either a positive antibody test report for measles and rubella or proof of vaccination, to facilitate the processing of your resident visa for Taiwan.
3. Language Proficiency 语言能力门槛注意事项 3.1 英文授课之系所组及学位学程须缴交英文欧洲共同语文参考架构(CEFR)B1检测或其他相关之英文能力证明。 ※备注1:英语系国家人士或英语为母语人士或或提供的学历是由英文授课则可免交英文能力证明。 ※备注2:英语系国家:英文为官方语言或是英文为当地通用语言(依照外交部官方语言及通用语言为英语之国家名单一览表) 3.2 中文授课之系所组及学位学程须缴交华语文(TOCFL)A2检测或其他相关之中文能力证明。 ※备注:中文为母语人士或提供的学历是由中文授课则可免交中文能力证明。 3.1 English-taught departments and degree programs require submission of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) B1 examination or other relevant English language proficiency certification. Note 1: Applicants who are citizens of English-speaking countries, whose native language is English, or who have obtained a degree from an institution where the medium of instruction was English are exempt from submitting proof of English proficiency. Note 2: English-speaking countries refer to those where English is an official language or a commonly used language, as listed in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ official list of countries where English is an official or commonly used language. 3.2 Chinese-taught departments and degree programs require submission of the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) A2 examination or other relevant Chinese language proficiency certification. Note: Applicants whose native language is Chinese or who have obtained a degree from an institution where the medium of instruction was Chinese are exempt from submitting proof of Chinese language proficiency.
4. Financial statement 财力证明 上传由金融机构提出具足够在台就学之财力证明书。至少美金3,000元以上或政府、大专校院或民间机构提供全额奖助学金之证明。 Financial statement that shows financial sustainability for study in Taiwan (Bank account balance statement of last three months showing the amount of at least USD$3,000), or proof of full scholarship provided by a government agency, university, college, or private organization.
5.1 The fees are applicable for designated semester(s) and subject to change. Always refer to last updated Fees chart as the standard. Tuition Fee Schedule for Each Department
5.2 Refund Policy Withdrawal before the registration date (including the registration date) is exempt from fees. Withdrawal before the start of classes after registration results in a 2/3 tuition refund. Miscellaneous fees, computer, and internet communication charges are fully refunded. Withdrawal before completing 1/3 of the semester results in a 2/3 tuition refund, 2/3 refund for miscellaneous fees, and 2/3 refund for computer and internet communication charges. Withdrawal after completing 1/3 but less than 2/3 of the semester results in a 1/3 tuition refund, 1/3 refund for miscellaneous fees, and 1/3 refund for computer and internet communication charges. Withdrawal after completing 2/3 of the semester results in no refund for tuition, miscellaneous fees, and computer and internet communication charges. The charging and refund standards are primarily based on the announcements from the accounting office.

Applicants may apply from February 1 through March 31 every year, at the Taiwan overseas representative office in their country, or in the event that there is no Taiwan's overseas representative office in their country, apply with the Taiwan overseas representative office in the nearest country.
