Purpose:
Send one copy of the brochure and poster of the Association's "109 Years Taiwan Youth Overseas Chinese Project". Please help to promote and encourage students from your school to sign up for the event.
Explaination:
- In order to enhance Taiwan's youth's understanding of the government's work on overseas Chinese affairs and expand their international horizons, build a bridge between them and the overseas Chinese community, and thereby enhance domestic people's understanding and support for the government's work on overseas Chinese affairs, the Association has been promoting "Taiwan Youth Overseas Overseas Chinese Program", selected outstanding young students from domestic colleges and universities to go overseas for 7-day visits and internships during the summer vacation. The content includes internships at overseas embassies and cultural and educational centers, and visits to overseas Chinese organizations and overseas Chinese schools. Or the well-known enterprises of overseas Chinese and Taiwanese businessmen, participate in overseas Chinese agency activities, visit well-known universities or political, economic and cultural institutions, etc., and live in the homes of overseas Chinese to experience the customs of various places.
- The previous plan has been processed for 3 years and has been well received by all walks of life. In this year (109), we will continue to select 222 outstanding young students from domestic colleges and universities to visit and train in 32 cities in 18 countries around the world during the summer vacation.
