The 2026 Fall Semester Freshman Admission Scholarship is now open for online application. The deadline is September 30.
一、依據規定
依「佛光大學 115 學年度境外學生入學獎助學金要點」辦理。
I. Regulations
This scholarship is awarded in accordance with the Fo Guang University Undergraduate International Student Scholarship Guidelines.
二、申請資格
基本對象：凡符合本校115學年度境外學生申請入學資格，並於當學年秋季班註冊入學之僑生、港澳生、外國學生及其他符合教育部規定身分之境外學生。
學制限制：限本校正式學籍之學士班、碩士班及博士班一年級新生（不含轉學生、延畢生、境外專班、國際專修部、新型專班、碩士在職專班/含線上教學、交換學生及研修生）。
II. Eligibility
Basic Eligibility: Overseas Chinese students, Hong Kong and Macao students, foreign students, and other overseas students meeting Ministry of Education regulations
who qualify for admission in the 115th academic year (AY 2026–2027) and enroll in the Fall semester of the same academic year.
Degree & Enrollment Status: Limited to newly admitted first-year undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students enrolled in regular degree programs.
(Excludes transfer students, students extending their study period, special overseas classes, International Foundation Programs, new-model industry-academic classes, executive master's programs including online courses, exchange students, and visiting/short-term students).

四、注意事項
1. 獲獎名單與核定金額將由「國際暨兩岸事務會議」審議後公告。
2. 兼領限制：已領有台灣獎學金（外交部/教育部）、培英計畫獎學金、本校培育佛學菁英獎學金或碩博士班優秀學生獎學金A類者，不得重複申領。
3. 受獎學生若於當學期中途休學或退學，將停止發放並需繳回當學期已領取之獎助學金。
4. 申請資料如有隱匿或不實，將撤銷資格並追回已領取之全額金額。
5. 詳細規定請參閱「佛光大學境外學生入學獎助學金要點」。
IV. Important Notes
1. The list of recipients and approved award amounts will be officially announced after review by the International and Cross-Strait Affairs Committee.2. Concurrent Award Restrictions: Recipients of the Taiwan Scholarship (MOFA / MOE), the Peiying Project Scholarship, the FGU Elite Buddhist Scholarship, or Category A of the Outstanding Master's and Doctoral Student Scholarship are ineligible to apply for or receive this scholarship concurrently.
3. If a recipient takes a leave of absence or withdraws from the university during the semester, scholarship disbursement will be suspended immediately, and all funds received
for that semester must be returned.
4. If any application documents are found to contain omissions, falsifications, or misrepresentations, the applicant's qualification will be revoked, and all awarded
scholarship funds must be repaid in full.
